Act as Liaison between Owners, Guests, and the Management Company.
Provides friendly, courteous service and follow-up.
First contact for all issues, requests, and questions.
Field issues and requests for owners and guests.
Maintained condition and damage control for homes/units.
Office work such as answering phones, typing, filing, and emailing.
Securing reservation bookings and speaking with guests.
Handle guest and employee concerns expeditiously in a manner that is beneficial to all involved.
Work directly with Maintenance and Housekeeping employees/contractors.
