This position is the face of the resort. They will assist in the management of beach activities to achieve a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Additionally, supervise the overall generation of revenue and expenses to achieve expected levels of profitability. The Supervisor will ensure superior standards of service are, at all times, meeting and exceeding those of our homeowners and guests. This may mean being creative in seeking new ways to get things done.

Essential Functions:

Lead a team to set up, pack up and proactively provide assistance to all guests using the beach equipment each day.
Monitor daily beach service operations to the highest standards. Supervise beach attendants. Oversee the mix and display of merchandise in the Beach Hut. Assist in event planning, organization, and execution of all beach events and organization of all weekly beach activities.
Responsible for hitting daily budgeted sales quota at specified areas of operation.
Responsible for following budget guidelines.
Responsible for training staff.
Responsible for creating a bi-weekly staff schedule.
Thorough knowledge of processes in place to maintain correct documentation on all beach service transactions.
Monitor entire cleaning operations for the cleanliness of beach areas.
This is a hands-on position so will need to assist staff.
Ability to work 50+ hours a week as needed.
Must be able to work outside in the heat for long periods of time.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive ATVs, golf carts, and sand tractors.
CPR Certification is required; Life Guard Certification is preferred.

Pay is $18.00 per hour plus commission and gratuity
